The Freedom® Disc Platform
The Freedom® Disc Platform is a viscoelastic spinal disc replacement technology engineered from a single-piece silicone polycarbonate urethane elastomeric core designed to replicate the flexibility and shock absorption of a healthy human disc.

Freedom discs are designed to support six degrees-of-freedom motion, allowing natural spinal movement across multiple planes while maintaining stability. The platform offers MRI compatibility, multiple size and lordosis options, and sterile-packed implants for streamlined distribution. Built on a proven viscoelastic design with international clinical use and no reported device failures, the Freedom platform is designed for long-term spinal function.
